With more foreign employees joining, we wanted them to study Japanese more.
When we consulted Attain, we were told it was more affordable and faster than expected, so we introduced it immediately. With JLPT preparation, some employees have now passed N3. It has been a great help.

Since many of our staff are Indonesian, we used the on-demand video materials with Indonesian subtitles.
Being available 24/7, we could even use them during night shifts. It’s also great that we can track learning progress. Thanks to this, we achieved our goal of everyone passing JLPT N3.

As communication among employees increased, they became more active in their work. Now, one of them has become one of our key team members.

Our goal was to raise 5 employees with levels ranging from N5 to N3 up to N2 level in a short time.
At first, speaking in Japanese was difficult, but as lessons increased, their speaking skills improved and we felt confident.
After lessons, all passed our company’s exam, and we are truly glad we introduced this program.

Japanese e-Learning, Everyday Japanese Course (including outreach via community SNS)

As part of supporting foreign residents’ daily lives, we began providing Japanese learning content.
Being on-demand, it can be used anytime, anywhere, which was popular among parents and shift workers.
After introduction, issues like garbage disposal and daycare guidance decreased, and community interaction increased naturally. Administrative procedures also became smoother, and many voiced relief: “It’s reassuring to have a place to learn Japanese.” While reducing costs, it has helped create an inclusive community where no one is left behind.
